Opinions from Gdańsk group 2

Opinions from Gdańsk group 2

Our good habits:
  • eating fruits and vegetables
  • buying products in local shops (no in supermarkets)
  • balanced diet.
Our bad habits:
  • don't eat brekfast
  • irregural times for food
  • eating fast-food
  • eating meals on the run
We think that Responsible Nutrition is something like life style. When we know what we eat we are responsible. We know how many calories, vitamins and nutritional value something has. If we buy products in our local shops we know what is right and fresh. We must know that each one is diffrent. Everyone must have diffrent diet becouse we have diffrent needs. Our weak points are fast-foods. Lots of  young people often go to McDonald or KFC. They don't thing about their  futhure. If now we often go to McDonald or KFC we can expect that when we will be old we will have health problems. We must be responsible now to be healthly in futhure. If we eat many fruits and vegetables, eat on a regular intervals we will be on cloud nine. We have never heard  about ERNA,EFSA,FAO. We checked this organisations in internet and we think that it is necessary and that everyone should use their advices.

1-We eat few vegetables and fruit and we are getting used to junk food and they have a lot of calories and then burn it not for the little exercise we do.

2-   Responsible Nutrition is eating the food more suitable to our needs. Do not eat too much or snacking. You have to eat the right amount of each food group

3- Some rule: Shop Smart—plan meals, use shopping lists and avoid impulse buys. Don’t succumb to marketing tricks that lead you to buy more food than you need, particularly for perishable items

4,5,6-Not aware of any of these organizations but we think are good to raise awareness of good diet and we promise to investigate about it.

Our problems about the mediterranian nutrition are the lack of vegetables and fruits.  And the good things are the salad, tomatoes and potatoes.

Responsible nutrition means the balanced healthy diet but it's a bit problematic because perhaps you don't like fruits or vegetable, and What can you do?

Yes, we can do something for improve the mediterranian diet. Eat more fruit and vegetables

No, we don't know nothing about ERNA, EFSA and FAO.

Our opinion from Spain Group 6

We think that a good habit is eating five times a day, but not in a big quantity. Eating between hours it's not good for us because it disrupts our eating hours, it makes us not to eat when we have to. It's like when we go to sleep sleep at 11 pm but one day we stay woken up till 3am, we changes our habits all of a sudden. So, the best way to eat healthy is to eat five times a day: breakfast, the break at morning, the lunch, the break at afternoon and the dinner. For Polish people, the break at afternoon it the Podwieczorek.

Our first topic, ready!!: Nutrition

A balanced diet is important in order to have a good health, our eating habits are essential to avoid problems such as obesity and lack of any vitamin or nutrient: what diet have in our different countries? Do we eat meat, fish, fruit, vegetables?

Are we looking at labels for vitamins and minerals that have? Do we consume seasonal products? Do we know preserve food? Do we put them in the fridge? What role does advertising? Do we know what  the rights of consumers are? Ecological products?

Let's see if we think and elaborate good dietary practices! Okay?
